Al & Peggy, My husbands the builder...he works with the architect and his years of experience, then I step in and tell them "bigger closets, sink facing the window...." then it's perfect! He lets customers pick tiles and cabinets, the sooner they come the more choices they have.

Peter & Linda, as for the local employment, my husband builds them and I sell them, we both work!

Maria, I will post photos, I an also looking to build a website for my husband the builder and share homes he has built along with stages of construction.

Mimi, I had 5 agents in my office approach me to say they have customers.....lets hope they have buyers!

Susan, Get them rolling and digging....and hubby out of the house! After this he has a subdivision of 10 new homes and I've got lots of selling to do.

Nick, priced to go in this neighborhood and if this sells quick we have a 3/4 acre lot there too which will get a bigger and more expensive home built soon. I will show stages and final shots.
