How awesome! Breckenridge Ski Resort received 6 inches of new snow from last night's storm. This is great news. Especially after the news that Beaver Creek Ski Resort will be moving back their opening day until Friday, after Thanksgiving. We just went into town and the streets are busy, as well as the parking lot for skiing. Everyone is just loving it. We ate at the Empire Burger restaurant which, in my opinion offers some of the best burgers and fries in the county. They also serve Buffalo if you're in the mood.
