Get this .... another GREAT story using your system.... This one is close to my heart and very special...
Because I COULD NOT reach the sellers on the phone or at the door! I originally set the preview appt with the wife but could never reach her again after all the agents started calling - they simply got fed up.
I called and called and no answer. I went to the door 3 x and they were walking around, lights on, garage door open, screen door open and still no one came to the door!
I just left the resume in the mailbox. Normally I would have simply given up and ditched them as a bad lead... BUT...
I kept mailing them based on your follow up system and the letters you provided. By week 2 and after letter#2 ... I got a call!!
The husband said " Hey, I don't know what to say really but thank you man, you really get how frustrated we are."
I said "Excuse me? Who is this?" I had no clue who he was!
"Its Zane from so and so and we're thinking of listing the house again and your name is coming up over and over as #1 on our list"
So he asked when I could meet him AND since I only meet before 6pm he left work early that day to meet me.
WHEN I GOT THERE...
It was like they were in love with me! Like I was a rockstar - they just told me from HELLO -- "When we list the house do you want us to keep this or move that, what do you think? What should I do?" I was the expert!!
AND get this!! I never really spoke to them!!
I sat on the couch nice and relaxed, having fun and asking your questions from THE VISIT.
The wife was laughing, husband laughing and smiling. Talking about which high school I went and how all the other agents let them down in the past.
Then they asked ME "When can we start?" I said "Let me go back to some more research on the price then comeback to sign everything up."
I'm going back to pick up the listing in 15min. Commission: $10,000.

Borino, Not kidding, I just sent out 11 letters. A woman called me with TWO properties to sell. She said my letter was very professional and unfortunately she had used a "friend" to sell her rental property. Now she wants to sell everything and move back to Italy. I have a listing appt. on Friday afternoon. I can't believe it! Pinch me, this was too easy.
