Staging in Seattle's Laurelhurst Neighborhood

We staged this home yesterday in Seattle's Laurelhurst neighborhood.  Yes, it was raining as we unloaded our truck, typical for Seattle in February :) 

The warm, inviting colors of this home's freshly painted interior were a welcome sight on a gray day.  This home was originally built in 1941 and retains much of the original charm, yet has modern updates that will make living here a pleasure for the new homeowners.

Hi Diana--it might be rainy and cloudy outside but that house is just bursting with sunshine and warmth.  Love those Buffalo plaid pillows in the living room.  The house has so much charm and character and I'm sure with your great staging it will sold soon.

Janet - Thanks for stopping by to comment.  The house does have a lot of charm and character and is bright and fresh looking, especially when compared to the local competition, most of which are dark and dated.

Diana - Another fantastic staging job!  I love the happy yellow walls (especially with our dreary, wet, westcoast weather of late), and the furniture you used goes perfectly.  There's a real warmth and coziness to the home.

Thanks for your comments, Sally, Corey and Kathy!  The real estate agent actually chose the paint colors, which I love.  He has been getting great feedback on the house, and at almost $1M, waiting for just the right offer :)
