Master bedrooms are built fit for a retreat and you would feel like you are on vacation all the time. Many homes have views of the beautiful pond. 
There are a good selection of pre-existing homes, new construction and also lots for you to choose from. Per the developer of this community, this community will most likely sell out by 2008. When all the lots are sold, the gate to the community will close and will only be accessible to residents and guests with access codes.
Directions to Steeplechase:
From Preston Road and SH 121, go north. You will pass Main Street and Brinkmann Ranch in Frisco. Pass Hwy 380. At First Street, take east (right). Steeplechase Lake of Prosper is located off First Street (the third community on your left).
