This week's members are sharing hard stats with us.  Real numbers are sure to inspire even the newest member.  You just never know who is going to roll across your blog or when they're going to do it.  If any of you checked out the Top 10 series recently, you'll remember that even the simplest posts from 4 years ago are still getting major traffic.

So what's going on in your neighborhood for Valentine's Day?  Is there a St Patty's Run happening soon that members of your community should sign up for?  Blog about it!  Be the expert in your area and get some business!  I believe in YOU!!

If we wait for the moment when everything, absolutely everything is ready, we shall never begin.  ~ Ivan Turgenez

"Talk about success in AR...i have a week to prove it...3 buyers have met with me specifically because they have been reading my blogs on localism and appreciate my sharing so many things about the community that will help them find a home. They each said they had no doubt that I was the one to work with! How can that be? Let your true you in the real estate field flow out to the community and it is a win win situation for you...I can not wait to find them each a home of their dream."

"February 2011: Dear ActiveRain, we just picked up a new buyer thanks to our amazing Blog here on ActiveRain. This buyer has been reading our Blog for quiet some time, he lives out of town and wants to get away from the city and relocate his whole family to this area. He called us last week and we are now in the process of finding a country home on 5+ acres around $450,0000! Thank you...again!"

Active Rain is the people networking, sharing within the blogging platform. Not just the staff, where the server is warehoused and maintained. Success means survival and this is where we get "schooled" daily because the industry is a moving target, never the same. Not ever going to be in a place where you can lean back and think "there. Done learning". Active Rain is where we all get our majors and minors in actual, real world situations encountered because we pin on, wear the blue and gold "R". And we all need to be mentioning our AR alma mater when we blog post outside too. (Thanks for the feature.) Our humble beginnings as early bloggers groping, feeling our way along like the three blind mice have been worth it. Don't think so, flash back to your early work. And tidy it up with what you know now but did not then young apprentice Jedi Knight. The blogging force be with you. (light saber buzzing, electrical razor sound in background)

Thank you for your ideas and encouragement in my starting the Serendipity group.   I'm not getting the kind of participation I hoped to, so I may jsut go ahead and put more of my own incidents there.   Sooner or later, I'm bound to find a lot of other people who have similar things happening to them.
