One of the features of this subdivision is that the homes are on 1/4 acre lots.  New homes of this size would have lots 5,000 square feet or less.

Karen I live in a Planned Residential Community that also has lots that are just 5000 square feet, and that is plenty of grass for me to cut.  The house are smaller then the ones this subdivision, ours are about 1,400 square feet.
