Business is picking up pretty quickly for 2012. Lots of phone calls and some real estate agents have actually been cold calling me. Wow!
Hopefully 2012 turns into a decent year for any of us who make our living either selling, buying, or building.
Come on 2012.
I surely hope 2012 is going to be a good year. I am very optimistic. Our business seems to be better so far this year.

Just sold a property in 12 hours earlier in the week (read the story on my blog), so I would say things are a bit on fire around here.
Business is coming out of the woodwork or CRAIGSLIST for me....prospective clients are finding me on Craigslist from my posting properties available this summer and they are calling wanting rental presentations....YEAH!
