Mike - finding out what the house is worth is one of the things a seller should do when contemplating selling.  It is even more important now since a house has to be in line with true appraised value.

Mike, I really like how you utilize AR, you maximize it's utility and do a great job of marketing, you should teach an AR marketing course. The information you provide is the most useful to your clients. BTW, thanks for your extensive comments on my blog about the new bill passed by congress. It seems you and I were the only ones who had anything to say about it. Interesting.

I'm not sure what you mean by true appraised value - didn't the lenders always have an appraisal of the property. I know the banks have tightened up on lending and appraisors seem to have sharpened their pencils a little more but they always did appraisals at least here in San Diego.

AR is a great tool for agents to inform clients about real estate in their area. My posts are about real estate and communities and because of that type of content they seem to come up in searches very well. The links back to my sight are a huge added bonus. I definitely use AR to market my services to inform my clients and future clients of real estate in areas I serve. AR must like it because it's content about Real Estate and local communities.

I find that the more serious the post "real issues" the less comments it gets. Your post was dead on but it unfortunately made people think. For fun I'm thinking about doing a few posts to test my theory. Frank it seems like America is on Prozac. Thanks for stopping by my Blog!
