You are so right, Anita, it is essential to use the services of a REALTOR that really knows their market to make the most of a buying or selling opportunity.  Buyers interested in Byron GA property shouldn't delay in reaching out to you - despite having some inventory, those homes really are moving!

Anita, you've got to love a market that makes sellers smile, and gives buyers a lot of homes to choose from - but it sounds like, even at that, they'd better be quick to make an offer when they find one they like.
