Open Houses are worthwhile during Holiday Weekends- It's Unanimous!

My last blog put the question out there- "Does it make sense to Open House during Holiday Weekends?"  The overwhelming response is "YES!!"  Many of those who responded will also be Open Housing all weekend, even on Thanksgiving!  Well, our town of Crescent City, CA is small, so I picked a listing on a busier street.  We have an airport and I suspect many loved ones have arrived on Wednesday.  Not much luck yet today, however.  Maybe everyone is busy enjoying the beautifully sunny day.  Still, I remain undeterred and am now motivated to start first thing in the morning tomorrow, Saturday.  Lots of garage sales this weekend.  Might find a viable buyer or listing.  Good Luck to all who Open House!  Especially on a Holiday Weekend!
