3 units are for sale on MLS as of November 23, 2007. Two units are 2 bedroom/2 bath. The price starts from $599,999 for a 7th floor direct oceanfront unit with 1,672 sq. ft. living and to $665,000 for a 2nd floor direct oceanfront 1,672 sq. ft. unit. The 3 bdr/3 baths unit is a 2,064 sq. ft. on the 3rd floor for $890K.

Two 3 bdr/3 baths units were sold in 2007 for $731K and $800K.

There are 40 three-bedroom units for sale in condo buildings right on the Atlantic Ave. They start from  $439,900 for a 1,477 sq. ft. unit and to $1.3 Mil in Towers Seven for a 2,064 sq. ft.

Sales were sluggish. Only 10 three bedroom condominiums units in direct oceanfront condo buildings sold in 2007 ranging from $440K for a fully furnished unit in Towers Six with 2,065 sq. ft. living and to $870K (from $1 Mil asking) for a 2,406 sq. ft. 7th floor unit in Antigua.

Average sold pricefor 3 bdr units in direct oceanfront condo buildings in Ponce Inlet was $643,150. Average reduction in price (difference between asking and selling price) in 2007 for 3- bedroom units in direct oceanfront condo buildings in Ponce Inlet was 8.74%.
