Manheim PA Homes for Sale in February 2012

Very nice post.  I took two listings this week because we discussed absorption rates and that there are 4 years of houses on the market in their price range.  They can price it smart and make it look great or they can let it languish on the market with the other homes that are available.  (And when I hit the submit button, I will pass the 250,000 mark, my goal for the end of what I consider my first year at the end of February.)   

Cal - a knowledgeable seller who is able to step away from the emotional aspect of the sale of their home as well as the I need or I want to get aspect will be more successful in getting the most money possible in the shortest time possible.

Sellers would be wise in contacting you to find the RIGHT price and the RIGHT way to market their home in today's real estate market! 

Cal, Sellers must take a proactive stance when putting their homes on the market and you explain the expectations perfectly!
