Coming in for a Landing . . . on a Seagull - Speechless Sundays
I spent the afternoon out on the Newport Bay and saw lots of wonderful things including beautiful homes on different islands and the great outdoors.
However, this moment was one of my favorites. A trick of perspective? You decide.
You could get an award for this great pix of the space shuttle flying home on a 747.

Christine, that really is a great shot! Whether it is just the angle or if one bird is on the back of the other doesn't really matter, the perception is that one is riding on the others back!

I think pelicans are so cool, I've only gotten to see 2 in my life. Guess I need to come down your way if I want to see more of them.

I actually think pelicans look a little scary. There's something prehistoric about their looks. But that photo is amazing.
That is such a cool shot with them poggybacked like that. I love going to the beach. Your picture is definitely worthy of a feature.
