One thing I have given up of resent in my quest to get in shape was candy, but I have to admit I had to take a dip in the Candyman’s shop and get some salt water taffy. If you can think of a flavor, the candy man is sure to have it. I think they said there are over 1,000 different flavors available.
So, if you find yourself in Seaside, Oregon, make sure you stop off and get the best salt water taffy in the world.
One of the best reasons to go to Monetery CA where they make their own salt water taffy right there in their shop on Fisherman's Wharf. I can't walk buy without stopping in and buying some salt water taffy. I'm thinking "Salt" we all need some in our system and "WATER" we should all eat drink more water....

Todd the name brings to mind that old tune " The Candy Man Can." Sweets are just one of my downfalls on my weight issue :(
Todd, Wow 1,000 flavors of salt water taffy. I would love to try one of each please. My dentist would love it if I tried one of each. He will be getting $1400 out of me in March for a crown. Might as well try the taffy now before I have that fancy new molar.
Hi Todd, As candy goes, I am not that big on it. That is until you mention salt water taffy. Honestly, it is the only real candy that I would a hankeriing for. Love in in any flavor but peppermint , cinnamon, and anise are my favs
It would take a while to choose what kinds to buy. One shcould visit often to try many!!
