Just finished reading the newspaper this AM and everyday I get so frustrated with the media! There is one negative article after another - it is a perfect time in my opinion to be buying investment properties - you can't beat the interest rates and the prices are really good and when they bounce back, they are going to bounce back really quickly and those making purchases now will be in really good shape. I just wish the media would run a positive article everyday about the market - there are lots of good stories to be told - they aren't all bad. For the amount of money we all spend as realtors advertising in newspapers, I wish they would come to us with article ideas, etc.
