There is a small community of executive townhouses towards the east side of Brampton, located on the northeast corner of Queen Street East and Glenvale Boulevard.

With just over 100 three and four bedroom units known as the "Gates of the Glen", it is a fine place to live. What makes the "Gates of the Glen" different from many other townhomes in the area is the ensuite bathrooms and main floor fireplaces in almost all units.

There was a total 15 units SOLD in the Glen as reported on the Toronto MLS during the year of 2011. There were 12 - 3 bedroom, and 3 - 4 bedroom units sold.

The prices ranged from a low of $191,000 to a high of $253,500.

Oh it is Dale, even though it is an older community or as we like to say it has matured like fine wine.

Memories right Chris? Yes, the four bedroom model is popular because there still aren't many around in a townhouse.
