It's important to keep up with what is happening, but more important to know the answers and help guide people to a peaceful place.

It's as if we are in a bad storm at sea and our friends and neighbors need help to get to a safe harbor. If you can help someone avoid foreclosure, you just rescued them financially. They are embarrassed, overwhelmed, and don't know where to start - it already seems too late to stop the ship from sinking.

We can't save everyone - but let's save everyone we can. This affects us all.

You are absolutely right, Dawn..... helping a family avoid foreclosure is a good thing...helping them to become disciplined in financial matters is a good work!!

Alexander, thanks for the post.  Another thing we are not discussing is how woefully uninformed a HUGE section of the population remains on how this is all going down. The actual parties involved, to begin with. No buyer wants to admit they don't understand and many people don't realize how little they understand.

I am speaking of well educated persons, by the way.
