Quick question...you have an Open House, you have a couple that has come in and toured your Model Home and the other homes under construction in this new community. They have spent over an hour going through these homes. The couple takes advantage of the food you have made available and they sit down with you to grab a bite to eat, the wife is looking through the brochures that you have given her covering the homes that are being offered, etc. You have the choice of conversations at that point....do you pick
a) So which home do you feel meets your needs the best?
b) How soon do you plan on making this move?
c) Would you like to walk around the subdivision after you finish eating and look at the lots that are available?
d) Start telling the customer about the rental property that you were cleaning yesterday?
With choice "d" the customer left the Open House to not be heard from again...........
If you love you cleaning job so much, why bother pretending to be a REALTOR?
