Out of Area listing, Your Real Estate agent is here to help!!

I meet with my client today for lunch and then I learn about her mother who just passed away and she was concern about how to go about selling the family home that is located out of state.  Her worries were who can she trust to do the job since she hadn't live in the area for such a long time. 

She asked for my advice, I said to her "Your Real Estate agent is here to help" and she felt so relieved.  There were so many concerns about the estate that knowing that someone she knew could help along the way made her situation a little better.

Your Real Estate agent is here to help by learning more about the area of where the property is located along with who will oversee the sale of the estate.  As her realtor I still can be help by making sure that she hires a qualified Realtor to do the job by interviewing the agent.  I can help her when she receives the contract to interrupt what is being offered by the listing agent.  There is nothing like being in front of your client answering questions to help make the right decision considering the devastating situation the family endured. I can be an advocate for my client. 

Out of area listing, your real estate agent is here to help with many ways as an example;  Should certain items stay with the property, what repairs should be done & what bills do I need I to pay or stop paying.
