I purchased a book several years ago and picked it up for another read. This book is all about "Letting Go" and creating (Emptiness) within our lives. It's about "Letting Go" of Possessions, Relationships and different things that control our lives and help to create Stress, Problems and make our lives Miserable.
The book suggests sitting in a quiet place for at least 30+ minutes everyday, closing our eyes and thinking of (Emptiness) totally nothing. As your sitting your mind will be bombarded with Problems, Worry, Stress and so much more. When these feelings and emotions appear tell yourself over & over that you don't have time and that you are thinking only of (Emptiness) and Freedom of these things.
Also if you are controlled by Possessions, Cars, Jewelry, Clothes ... FREE yourself and start to get rid of all Possessions. Bad Relationships that continue to pull you down, create Worry, Stress, etc., get out of these Relationships. When you start to FREE yourself of all these Feelings, Emotions, Possessions, Worry, Etc., you will have started to live your life that way that it was meant to be ... and Controlled by Your Self.
