Coaching takes you to new levels...

I am so excited to share a new opportunity with everyone.  Do you know that 97% of people today will never reach their true potential?  According to the Harvard Review those that invested in a coach had a rate of return of 753% on their investment.  What may I coach you on?

I spent some time looking at these informercials on real estate investing and it is really scary some people are loosing $2500 to over $7000 on so called programs.  They are incouraging individuals to buy a coach as well, this is so bad for the earned title of coach.  A coach is usually someone  trained and experienced in what they are coaching on, not someone who reads a script and then says time is out.

I had to speak up as I heard some really dis-heartening stories today.  Coaching is a fantastic tool to take you to the next level in your business & personal life.  Coaching engages your mind and helps you step out in faith.  Coaching is not about charging someone $7000 for 5 30 minute phone calls.  I encourage any of you looking to work with a coach to encourage yo in your business to do so, you will be amazed at the results, just don't buy a coach off an infomercial, they come with scripts.  A certified coach work for you and customizes your sessions for you, we are about empowering you for success, plus we coach on what we have done not some book.

Robin,

I get a kick out of those infomercials - they are like the Professional Wrestling of Real Estate!  Can anyone really be falling for them - I guess so or they wouldn't still be running.

Thanks but no thanks.

You probably better off making friends with an experienced agent and mentor.

Any system is wonderful ... IF you act on it - coaches, books, mentors and everything else.

In response to Kathy, yes they are spending the money.  we heard some stories tonight that they ask how much credit you have not how much you have to invest and that is why the cost ranges from $2500 to $7000.

I think it is a shame to have the industry trashed by the media then by a scam.  If all of us in the industry work hard and be honest with otential clients we can do better than the infomercials.  Eventually they get shut down and at least we sleep at night.

Armando,

The problem with that is, most of them are so busy...even in this time.  The top agents are still selling, yes, even in this market.
