New In The Business?

By
Mortgage and Lending with Olympic Northwest Mortgage

New in the business? Well I'm fairly a new loan officer at OLYMPIC NORTHWEST MORTGAGE and everyday has been a learning experience and I have been lucky enough to start at a company that has so many wonderful unselfish people who care for their customers and fellow employee's. As we probably remember there was a time when we needed help, someone to send us on the right path of success and I found it right here.So I just wanted to take the time and let everyone know how great it is to be apart of the OLYMPIC NORTHWEST Team and if your ever want some advice or a place to work where the needs of the employee's and customers are first look no further.

    Well anyways here's a question....

WHEN A PERSON IS LOOKING FOR A LOAN OFFICER WHAT ARE THE KEY FACTORS WHEN CHOOSING HIM OR HER?

WHAT DOES A REAL ESTATE AGENT EXPECT AND WOULD LIKE FROM THE LOAN OFFICER BESIDES CLOSING THE LOANS?

    ok that was two...haha

Hi George! Welcome to ActiveRain...we can always use more involved members here in Kitsap County. I think consumers want someone who well-versed on all the newest loan products available, and help in determining which one is best suited for each individual client.

Realtors want someone who they can entrust their clients to, who communicates well throughout the process, and strive to serve their client's best interest. Personally, I want someone who approaches business the way I do - highly ethical, relentless in helping to achieve my client's success, and has fun in the process!

George, such a small world! Yes, the house on Grevena. that was a very trying and difficult transaction. I was very disappointed with your agent and the lender as well. There were many more things that I wanted to do to help you guys further, but I needed to be carefuf of fulfilling my primary statutory duties to my Sellers. I was just thankful for things to work out in the end. I apologize for all the headaches towards the end, but I trust everything has worked out. Please let me know if there is ever anything I can do for you! You've hooked up with a really great group there at Oly Northwest! Merry Christmas to you and your family!

George, one of the things that Realtors and Borrowers tell me all the time is that they appreciate the way I return their calls right away, and that I am available all the time.  Other then that I would have to go along with the "Old Guy" who turned 50 today.  It is great advice to follow.

Rich, thank you for your concerns. Yes it was a trying home buying exprierence for me but, all is well now and I personally changed careers and found my passion in helping others obtain all there home loan needs. After learning that there are alot of crooked Real Estate and loan professionals out there. I wanted to be able to provide all my friends and family and clients someone trust worthy and who cares. And it was  nice to to find out that there are many good professionals out there like yourself...Have a great new year!!!
