A happy dog is a good dog!

Tuckerman Jumps by Greg Howell

Here at The Pinehills, there are miles of trails, both paved and unpaved. Nothing short of a dog’s paradise!

Winslowe’s View, Rebecca’s Landing, or The Greens are all pet friendly. Tuckerman (shown) mentioned that he would be very happy if his humans lived in one of our communities! Come check us out.

Tuckerman, if you are reading this, please remember our leash law the next time. Good Boy!

Hi Judy - Great photo! That certainly does look like a happy dog. Mine are also very happy dogs - we have tons of trails too - but the good dog thing is a work in progress.

Jessica - Glad you enjoyed it!

Kevin - It makes me just happy looking at him. He's adorable.

Pat - Pets are such an important part of so many peoples lives. They definitely become family members.

Dick - Without a doubt, the good dog thing can be a challenge with some pets.

I recently heard of an HOA trying to make it so that the owners couldn't have dogs and I thought that was crazy. I hope the home owners revolt and take that HOA back!

Todd - That doesn't sound like a very wise decision for the HOA! If you ask me, I think it will hurt the association in the long run. It would immediately eliminate a pool of buyers for future sales.

Sure is a whole lot of life's philosophy wrapped up in that puppy.  Wish we could bottle that enthusiasm.  That dog knows no worries, and must surely absorb those all around him.  OK, though.  Now I gotta ask...how many takes did it take to get that photo?  Bet he offered 100's !

This is a nice photo. You could really see in his eyes that he is so happy. Pet friendly properties and communities are really nice. We could also have our pets- whom we consider as loving parts of our family along with our kids enjoy our own lovely, cozy & new place we can call home. Thanks for sharing.
