Thank You Jamie. A Custom Tab on Facebook allows you to increase fan engagement. The intro tag welcomes the user to your page, and asks them to "LIKE" you Page so that your updates will appear in their newsfeed. They allow you to showcase your services. You can showcase your city, your listings, etc. Take a look at www.facebook.com/cinchmedia for an example of how we showcased our services, and we also rotate a Featured Project each month. Another great example is www.facebook.com/ghvacations where we showcase the city of Grand Haven - there are shopping, dining, fishing, real estate, and vacation rental tabs.
