This Windsor Pointe Sugar Grove market report covers property sales during all of 2011 as well as a look ahead to 2012. The past year was a mixed year for Sugar Grove real estate - inventory was high through much of the year and due to this, prices have continued to decline. This is still a foreclosure and short sale driven market and Windsor Pointe is no exception.
