Spotlight on Boulder Neighborhoods: The Hill

After The University of Colorado's (CU) amazing win over the Nebraska football team by an incredible score of 65-51, I'm sure that everyone knows that the town of Boulder, Colorado has a great University.  Like many other University towns, Boulder has a student area known as The Hill.  I grew up in Syracuse, New York and we had a "Hill" student section as well.  This Hill is a far cry from any other typical university town that I've ever seen.

For more neighborhood information on The Hill in Boulder, Colorado just visit this link.

The cool thing about The Hill from a real estate standpoint is that it's NOT just all student housing.  Sure, there are plenty of rentals (the per-room rental price approaches $700 in certain areas), but the area claims residents from every generation and walk of life.  Just look at the latest complete MLS listings for The Hill in Boulder and you can see the huge variety of housing for yourself.

It's a walkers paradise as well.  You could fall off your front porch and roll into some of the coolest restaurants, bars, and Boulder area attractions.  Just a short roll down The Hill is the famous Boulder Farmer's Market.  And stop by Hapa Sushi for a great meal.

Give us a call at 303-415-2541 if you'd like to tour a home on The Hill, or simply visit our site at Real-a-Save and send us a showing request or any other Boulder real estate question you may have.  You can also search the complete MLS for Boulder, Denver, Colorado Springs, and Ft. Collins
