     During the month of October 2007 there were six newly marketed properties in Butler Boro., NJ.  Of these 6 properties the average asking price is $416,575.00.

     Three properties were reported as Under Contract with an average asking price of $583,233.00 and they had been on the market for an average of 69 days.

     Three properties were reported as Sold with an average list price of $325,300.00 and an average actual closed price of $309,833.00 this represents an average List to Sold price of 95.24%

     One property was withdrawn from the market it was asking $284,900.00 and had been on the market for 191 days.

     Only two properties expired from the market one was asking $399,900.00 and was on the market for 183 days and the second was asking $499,900.00 and had been on the market for 190 days.

Butler Boro., NJ a great area for first time buyers and those who are looking to settle into a community, not many homes are on the market because it is one of the God fearing type of towns where everyone knows everybody.
