Bill, I try to take lots of the kind of photos you like man.

John, we sold a ton of these in 2007-2008 when the market was falling. There are far fewer now and the numbers of REOs continues to decline.

Cal, we really do like finding these homes for buyers, the process is much more straight forward and infinitely more likely to happen in 45-60 days than short sales eh? :-)
