Sold a condo

Hi All,

It was a slow holiday weekend but thought I would work, anyway.  If people are in the buying mood, why not for a home!!

 I had a walk-in customer who is buying  a condo.  Yeah. 

 Not much going on today because it's really, really cold.  However, we'll see what happens.
