I'm a firm believer that customer service is one thing that sets me apart from my fellow Realtors. It's so important and perhaps what the client will remember long after the sale or the purchase.

Just today, my Seller calls me and asks if I can help her. Being older and without a computer, she wants me to help her sell some of the furniture she has no use for, but sell it online.

Happily I pop over to the home, take some  photos with my smartphone and post online with a great 'used stuff' site... all in all, maybe 30 min of work.

To say the least she was very, very appreciative and I bet this one little favor will stick with her for a long time to come & that will in turn, perhaps generate referrals.

Customer Service is King!

Bruce, Not only is this customer service, this is being a decent human being.  Realtors are part of their communities and the more we participate in helping our fellow human beings, the better it is for everyone.  That old saying "What goes around comes around" is very very true.
