With permits in place, we were able to set up both park models and the Amish built garage...instant vacation homes. The Tranquility is for me and the Quailridge with the loft is for my sons and their family. With the current economic condition, I believe these little Eco-homes are going to be purchased more and more for aging parents, returning adult children, etc. They are totally self-sufficient and less than 400 sq. ft. They are going to work in many situations. I didn't want another home to take care of but I did want a nice place for vacation. This fits our needs. If the family uses them regularly then I can sell them and build another home but for now, they are perfect.
I will continue to show the progress as we complete porches, decks, and firepits (which is a another permitting issue).
