Is is ME? Is it my BROKERAGE? Or is it BOTH?
When meeting with buyers and sellers are you presenting more about you or more about the services your brokerage has to offer? Does it matter to the buyers and sellers who you the agent are affiliated with or does it matter more about you as the agent and if the sellers and buyers like and trust you?
If a potential seller who doesn't know you or me gets a postcard in the mail who will they choose?
Postcard #1 - BIG National Name Brokerage
Postcard #2 - Smaller Brokerage Possibly name not known by the potential seller
