Patting My Back!

My Team Leader here at Keller Williams Realty River Cities just forwarded me an email she received from the Mother of a client I have been working with.

I had to put this out for all to see. So, I'm patting my own back!

Courtney:  I called your office today to ask to speak to the manager and/or owner of your company and was told you would be that person.
I have been working with attorneys for almost 30 years, when I first started working for our law firm, we handled closings
for agents and/or buyers and sellers of real estate, so I am somewhat familiar with how the real estate world and personalities of many.
 
I want to tell you how truly blessed your agency is to have someone like Terri Griffis working for you.  My son is
trying to buy his first home and we have run into a few major setbacks in the closing and Terri is always available, willing and  eager to help us.
What struck me with her is that even if this closing does not happen, Terri will not get paid and she understands that and that has not even
crossed her mind.   It has never been about Terri, it has been about my son and my son’s dreams and hopes for his first home.  Whether
it is after hours or during working hours, Terri stops EVERYTHING and totally focuses on this issue.  We have talked numerous times on the
phone, although I have not met her, she has been such a good sport and is more than willing to see that Tripp gets this house.  She puts
not only her expertise into this BUT she puts her heart into it also.  It’s hard to find this type of character in a person these days and I just wanted to share with you
what an amazing, incredible person she is. 
 
If I EVER hear of anyone who is wanting to purchase a house or sell  home, I will always direct them to Terri Griffis.
