You could hear the screams ripple through the hallways of our office. No, Cherise wasn’t reacting to anything fearful, such as a spider trekking across her desk. On the other hand, she was expressing her joy over putting together another complicated real estate deal.
What’s so neat about Cherise is that she treats everyone and every deal the same, with tender care and the feeling of accomplishment. Though she has put hundreds upon hundreds of deals together, Cherise hasn’t lost one ounce of enthusiasm for what she does as a Colorado Springs Realtor.
And when you’re co-working with this type of ebullience, the feelings freely migrate through the office and become contagious to the rest of the organization.
