     During the month of October 2007 there were 24 newly marketed properties with an average asking price of $513,789.00

     Seven properties went under contract with an average asking price of $364,928.00 and they had been on the market for an average of 74 days.

     Five properties were reported as Sold with an average asking price of $467,360.00 and received $448,580.00 on average in 59 days. This is still a strong market!

     Seven properties were withdrawn from the market with an average asking price of $561,700.00 and they had been on the market for an average of 126 days.

     Seven properties were reported as expired with an average price range of $462,199.00 and were on the market for an average of 215 days.

Pequannock Twp., NJ is centrally located between routes 23 and 206 with easy access to Interstate 80,46 and 287 along with easy access to major transportation via trains and buses. There is a wide variety of housing to choose from. You can still get a first time buyer home, executive home and there is even a retirement community or 55 and better. Great schools, tons of shopping and employment available makes this township and excellent choice.
