Low and Zero Down payment loans for... Olympia homes for sale!

The days of the zero down "sub-prime" loans are gone and I for one, am grateful. I don't feel that we
should ever buy something we can't afford... let alone make the payments on.  However, there are still many great low and zero home home loans availible for qualified buyers and I am a huge fan of VA Home Loans, FHA home loans and USDA rural home loans; they are all government back and keep first time buyers and move up buyers in safe, debt to income ratio. Over 80% of all first time buyers use these programs to get into a home and many do it with Zero Down Payment!"

Below are some helpful links if you are looking to buy a home...

Or call me... or email me if you would like more info on any of these programs or to find homes that qualify for them.

IMHO * even the 5% down "deals" are just non-refundable security deposits....buyers need to show fiscal responsibility.  I say up credit score requirements AND require current landlord verifications....these are evidence of future actions

Yes, those days are long gone...it was a nice ride while it lasted.  Hopefully, we have learned something from all this.
