Who has signed up for Foreclosures.com as a Realtor?

Real Estate Agent with Smith & Associates Real Estate BK3194803
As Realtors, when the market is bad, we have to adapt.  I have been brushing up on my short sales knowledge and foreclosures knowledge.  I came across Foreclosures.com which allows people to search short sales, foreclosures & preforeclosures.  As an agent, you can sign up to have your vCard on their website for certain zip codes.  Has anyone tried it?  What was your experience, and did you get any leads from it?  It looks to be about $20 a month from what I can tell.  Any thoughts?  What else are other Realtors doing to capture the short sale & foreclosure business?

I order newspapers from both of the major cities that I market to.  They are papers that have the notice of foreclosure posted in them with the owner's name, address, etc. That way I know if they have 1 mortgage, 2 mortgages, a medical company coming after them, credit card companies that can hinder a short sale if a judgement has been placed, etc.
