Moving Offices

By
Real Estate Agent with Coral Shores Realty

Can it be that it was one month ago we made the decision and left the old office for Coral Shores Realty.  Man time flies when you're having fun.

We decided to make the jump in mid 4th quarter so we would be ready to roll the first of the year.  I promised I'd share thoughts along the way... so:

#1 I had no Idea it would take so much work to make the move...

#2 ok, maybe some of the work is self inflicted, but when you make an office move, it's more than just changing the logos... we're refining our marketing strategy and our farm area at the same time. (I'll keep you up to date)

#3.  What have we accomplished so far?

we re-wrote the biz plan. I'll do a complete post on this yet this week.

we- ordered and received new biz cards and being the time of the year, we took care of the calendars at this time too.

the new web-site is up and running, not perfect, but getting the job done, and a website is a continual work in progress (designers. please don't bombard me with "you can do it better", we're happy) check us out at www.JohnsonTeamRealty.com.

We also put neighborhood websites to work on our farm area for us. see www.buysellMargate.com, www.buysellCoconutCreek.com, and www.buysellCoralSprings.com.

we've taken 9 new listings, 6 for sale, 3 for rent in the last month (only one was a move along with us - we walked away from alot at the old office) -- nothing under contract yet, but ya gotta start somewhere.

We ordered new signs.  We'll shout out our friends at South Florida Real Estate Signs for this... great service, good prices, quick proofs -- always happy with them -- check them out at www.SouthFloridaSignCompany.com

And we got to spend a couple of days with Mom, Dad, Brother, Sister and all their families over in Tampa over Thanksgiving.  (Our tree is up too...)

All in all, not a bad month, picking up momentum for 2008 and taking the remaining 2007 biz as a bonus.

We would love your thoughts,

Cary in Margate
