The Shorewest Menomonee Falls Office is located at N94 W17900 Appleton Ave. in Menomonee Falls.The office is staffed by 33 licensed and dedicated real estate professionals, including many with additional specializations such as buyer agency, short sale and foreclosure resource, senior real estate services, luxury homes and relocation. Donna Bosch, Sales Director, leads the office along with Kris Straszewski, Assistant Sales Director.
In 2011, the office successfully listed 354 properties and closed 501 properties with a closed sales volume of over $93 million. Sales associates in the office specialize in the marketing and sales of properties in Waukesha, Washington and Milwaukee counties.
