IRES MLS in Northern Colorado Added for Auto-Broker Upload

Recently, we added the IRES MLS system to our automated data upload (brokers) via our partnership with ListHub.net.

In the week that followed we have had over 50 Brokers take advantage of this service and post their inventory up to the GLS for maximum exposure and Top Marketing of their listings - all free of charge with no strings attached, as always.

There have been a few 'key' changes to the ListHub.net service, namely that Brokers are no longer required to enter the 'gomyrealty' Promotional code to access the system - MyREALTY.com is now included FREE with every Broker account in ListHub.net.

Enhanced reporting, tracking, and stats have also been added to the ListHub.net system. We welcome our Broker partners as Top Marketers in the Greeley, Boulder, Loveland, Longmont, Niwot, Frederick, and other Northern Colorado Markets!

I am currently working on acquiring listings for For Sale by Owners in other states.

My method for conversions has been quite successful for converting FSBO's to Listings. I am looking for 1 Partner in each state to work out a plan where we can go after FSBO Listings.

Our Team currently markets to over 400 For Sale By Owners in the DFW Metro - our marketing consists of an email campaign which goes out to the FSBO's on a consistant basis for up to 6 months, Phone Calls every week, and finally we also market to the FSBO's who have Expired after listing with a Flat Fee Real Estate Office.

My Goal - List the home in your MLS and the Dallas-Fort Worth MLS, each of us would share advertising in websites ( we advertise in over 1069 websites ) and all Listing Commissions would be split 50-50. Since you would be the Licensed Listing Agent for your state - all paperwork would flow through you the Listing Agent.
