...and throw in the furniture!!

Over the years, I've gotten used to certain Buyers asking for all the light fixtures, all the window treatments, all the appliances, pool equipment and even pool toys, and the occasional decorative plant pots.  It usually happens when the market is slow, and Buyers are feeling a sense of entitlement.  But, I'm now getting low offers with requests for furniture.  And, we're not talking about Bob's Furniture, no, we're talking about Greenbaum's furniture. And that's just the beginning.  So, what's a Seller to do?  I can tell you most Sellers wouldn't even respond to the offer, even in this market.  But throwing a couch in to cinch the deal doesn't seem outrageous, so my client is willing to do that.  Unfortunately, they want two rooms of furniture, so stay tuned for the second chapter.
