Lancaster City and Township 17603 Market Report January 2012
The Lancaster City and Township 17603 Market shows some signs of weakening from the previous months. January 2012 saw a rise in the absorption rate from 7.5 months in December 2011 to 13.6 months. This gives buyers an upper hand in the market place.
The 17603 Market does not show the strength that 17602 or the larger Lancaster County market shows in pending home sales. Sold price to list price continues to be strong at 96%. A great reminder that homes sell when priced correctly.
Correct pricing along with a strong marketing plan will ensure your success as a seller of real estate in the 17603 market area. Contact me to learn more about my online marketing plan.
