Miami Beach Real Estate News Update - Live from Miami Boat Show 2012

Greetings from the 2012 Miami Boat Show (photo). The city is alive with people, energy and incredible events. And, the energy continues into real estate. It's been an incredible month for sales, as you will see further below in our weekly list. But first, here are a few quick real estate items to note.

ZILBERT'S 100 MILE COVERAGE - We are very pleased to announce the dramatic expansion of our area of coverage. We are currently in the final testing stages of the dramatically-expanded Zilbert.com. Starting this spring, Zilbert.com will offer complete coverage of condos, homes and estates from Coral Gables, Florida all the way up to Jupiter, Florida. Included in the world of Zilbert will be Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, the Palm Beaches and more. This 100-mile zone will be staffed by our specially-selected team of elite realtors. Look for Zilbert house signs on a street near you! We feel that no home sale should be without a Zilbert professional, and we are now welcoming new buyers and sellers throughout the region.

PEOPLE ON THE MOVE - We've been adding some incredible real estate talent to the Zilbert sales team, and more are on the way. I am pleased to welcome Alex Miranda, Joe Padula, Lina Jimenez, Nelly Macias and Susan Reiter to the Zilbert.com.

ZILBERT REALTY STORE - Our flagship retail store is getting its final touches, and we are very excited. We are creating Miami's first retail-like shopping experience for real estate, and we will have some exciting announcements coming soon. Our plan is to have a two-phase opening, starting around April 1st, 2012. Phase one will see the relocation of our corporate headquarters to the new location, followed by the unveiling of the retail store about 60 days later. We have some technology innovations that we are implementing, and we decided not to rush things. I am a perfectionist, and want things just right! I can give you one hint, however. We are embracing APPLE technology throughout our new store, and your shopping experience will be like stepping into Zilbert.com and "walking around". So, stay tuned!
