Scenes in the Murphy, NC mountains

Another Speechless Sunday in the Murphy, NC Mountains...

As you drive along some of the back roads in the Murphy, NC and surrounding mountains every once in a while you’ll see a testament of stone, brick or river rock. What stories and memories have these lone sentinels out along the western North Carolina mountainside pastures and fields have from year’s gone by?

These are part of our scenery here in Cherokee County, NC and although Murphy, NC has grown into one of the most desirable destinations to move to, we still have that small town, easy going lifestyle of “living in the mountains”

This Mountain Living Lifestyle can leave you speechless

Lee and Carol - This photo has a wonderfully nostalgic feel to it.  We have little towns around California which were part of the Gold Rush.  Occasionally, I will come across similar scenes.

Lee and Carol,

What a great shot, and the chimney alone.  It expresses the mood and the feeling of your mountains. A
