After seeing about 12 homes, my clients and I saw a spectacular home. Priced right. Nice curb appeal. Great inside.

It has been on the market for 84 days and has has a slight price decrease.

I wondered out loud that I could not understand why this one had not sold.

My client said, "Well, it is because of the yellow pictures. I would never have come here based on the on-line photos."

Sure enough, most of the pictures had a heavy yellow hue as they were apparently taken with no flash using light from traditional light bulbs that give off a yellow light.

I checked and my client was right.

My clients are down to two homes and this is one they may make an offer on.

Better watch the photography or your spectacular listing will be ignored.

Oh oh...great point!   We all have to shape up on that initial impression...the internet is an unforgiving medium.
