What Do You Believe In ?

By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Preferred Inc. Realtors

Here are a few simple tuths that I believe in :

I believe in paying my fair share of taxes.

I believe that placing your funds in another Country to avoid that burden is extremely one sided.

I believe that money in circulation comes full circle.

I believe that people with no jobs have no money to spend on anything.

I believe that with out spending at the bottom there can be no spending at the top.

The man with only $1 may buy only a hamburger. Which will in turn employ the cook, the trucker delivering the goods, the paper products for the Burger, the ...

On and On it goes. The more people employed the more purchasing that goes on including homes.

Unemployment is playing a big part in the decision making on the buyers behalf, buyers I meet with are afraid that they could lose their jobs so they are afraid to buy.

I do believe many of these things too.   The job market must improve.

I beleive you are right Herb. While our economy is slowly improving there are still a large number of unemployed and that is hurting the real estate market in almost every major city. Jobs are the key to revitalizing our economy.

Many of the unemployed would love to have a job and be able to spend a dollar to improve the economy.  We are slowing turning around, but we've got a long way to go.

Actually, most folks who put money legally owned put it there because of favorable interest rates.  They don't avoid taxes, just earn good interest on their money on which they have already paid taxes.
