The Majority of Sellers were Private Owners, although there was a slight increase in the Foreclosure Market from the previous year. (from 11 to 15)
Homes priced under $200,000 were still the favorites, while homes in between 200K -300K did better than the previous year (4 more houses sold) but we saw a 47% decrease in sales in homes priced over 300K.
Most buyers went with Conventional Financing, but CASH buyers came in second. FHA and VA financing helped 8 buyers, while no one took advantage of the 100% USDA loans that are available in this area:
