Hello Active Rain Community! I am new to AR and new to blogging in general so I'm especially grateful to the Newbie's Group for giving me a place to get started. I have been reading, studying and absorbing a lot of posts from the "old-timers" for the past couple of weeks just to get a feel for what goes on here (mainly so that I don't make a complete fool of myself)!
I am not a "newbie" to real estate, but I have found that this job involves some sort of learning experience every day and every closing has it's own unique set of challenges (which is precisely why I love my job so much). So far, everytime I've looked for advice (or just a better perspective) for various situations, I've been able to find exactly what I've needed here. I am very impressed to say the least! I respect and appreciate the professionals who have given of their time, talent and experience to help others and admire their generosity. I am looking forward to returning the courtesy on my own blog ... just as soon as I can get past the hurdle of deciding on a subject!
