The schools that serve the subdivision are Cecil D. Andrus Elementary (named after former Governor Cecil D. Andrus) and Lowell Scott Middle School and Eagle High School. There are buses provided for transportation to schools at all levels.

The flood zone panel in 16001 C0161H and it is dated February 19, 2003 and shows the subdivision in Code X, and so requires no flood insurance.
